How can I find an in-network urgent care center for testing?
If you don’t have a doctor, or if your doctor is not available, and you are a Blue Cross Blue Shield Florida member, you can search for urgent and/or and virtual care by logging into MyHealthToolkitFL.com. After you log in select “Find a Doctor or Hospital” or select “Teladoc” from the “Quick Links” tile.
You may also call Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) directly, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (5 am – 5 pm PST or 8 am – 8 am EST) at 1.833.584.1826 or Teladoc 24 hours a day at 1.866.789.8155. Be sure to have your Blue Cross Blue Shield Florida ID card handy. If you need a replacement, you can log into your Blue Cross account and obtain one electronically or call BCBS for assistance.
How Do I Get A COVID-19 Vaccine, Test and/or Treatment?
If you are enrolled in a Lennar Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plan, you have pharmacy coverage through Optum Rx and below are the benefits:
