Gympass
Gympass is a new fitness benefit that gives you access to gyms and studios PLUS at-home workouts and wellness resources, all for one monthly fee.
Convenient Payroll Deductions: Associates who enroll in Gympass will have their monthly fee automatically deducted via payroll deductions. Any dependents who enroll must provide Gympass with credit or debit card information so that the monthly fee for dependents will be paid directly to Gympass and will not be payroll deducted. Additionally, Associates who are paid on a Commission Only basis (that is, have no base salary) will pay their Gympass monthly fees directly to Gympass. No payroll deductions will be made for Commission Only Associates.
Important Registration Information: When you create your account, in order for the plan to recognize you as an eligible Associate of the Company, you must use your WORK email address. If you attempt to register using a different email address, the system will not recognize you and you will not be allowed to enroll. Additionally, we know that many of our Associates have multiple email addresses. If your email address errors out of the registration process, log into Workday and verify that you’re using the email address that is registered with Workday. If Workday has an incorrect email address, you’ll need to correct your email address in Workday before you can register. We feed to Gympass only once per month, so it can take up to a month before you would be able to register. Check your email ASAP to avoid any delays.

How to Add a Dependent to Your Gympass Account:
- Once you have enrolled in a plan, go to your app and click the small down arrow in the upper-right-hand corner of your phone.
- Click on ‘Dependents.’
- Click on ‘Add a Dependent.’
- Scroll through the plans and select which plan your dependent would like to be join.
- Fill out your dependent’s information and send an invitation.
- You also have the option to pay for your dependent’s subscription under your current payment method, or they can pay for it on their own account.
Associates can add a dependent only if they are in a paying plan themselves, but the enrolled plans don’t have to match (ex: Associate can enroll in the Starter Plan and dependent can enroll in the Bronze Plan). Click here to learn more.

How You Can Contribute
Donate to the Red Cross – You can visit their website www.redcross.org or text the word REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation. You can give blood. The Red Cross encourages eligible donors in parts of the country unaffected by the storm to give blood or platelets to help ensure a sufficient blood supply. Appointments can be made by using the Red Cross Blood Donor App, visiting redcrossblood.org or calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).
Salvation Army – You can visit www.HelpSalvationArmy.org to support The Salvation Army’s Hurricane relief efforts.
Tobacco Cessation
- If you’re enrolled in the Lennar Blue Cross medical plan, you can enroll in a tobacco-free living program through the My Health Planner app. Blue Cross Blue Shield’s access code will connect you with a health coach and develop a personalized action plan for quitting your way. To enroll, call 855-838-5897. When prompted, choose the option for “Wellness” by pressing 3. Click here for more information.
- In addition, our Optum pharmacy plan offers free tobacco cessation medications such as nicotine gum, lozenges, patches and more. All no-charge tobacco cessation medications require prescriptions (including the Over-The-Counter (OTC)).
- If you prefer an online program, and/or are not enrolled in a Lennar Blue Cross medical plan, we also offer a tobacco cessation program through Sharecare. All Lennar Associates can access this program. Register then log into lennar.sharecare.com, then navigate to Achieve>Programs and choose “Craving to Quit.”

Maternity Care Program & Free Breast Pump
As a Lennar Associate and Blue Cross Blue Shield member, your medical plan offers a Free Breast Pump as part of the Maternity Care Program. The Maternity Care program is through the My Health Planner app. When you download the app and enroll, you’ll get access to an interactive program timed to where you are in your pregnancy.

All of Lennar’s Medical Plans offer free preventive care screenings as well as free preventive care physician visits annually. Your age and gender determine which screenings are appropriate for you, as well as which ones are no charge to you and your covered family members. Additionally, it is standard for most medical plans to offer no charge preventive care, although different plans may have different benefits. If you’re not enrolled in a Lennar medical plan, contact your insurance provider and ask for the preventive care schedule.
